Aviation training institute

I have had by RePL for 3 months and was looking to further my skills in the field of UAVs. The Asset Integrity and Inspection course was a challenging and rewarding experience that I walked away from feeling like my knowledge and skill set has grown exponentially. The trainers are passionate about the industry and in their training, the tips, techniques & principles of handling high risk UAV inspections made me feel confident to take the controls and get up close and personal with the assets we were inspecting, without the fear of losing my drone on a wire or other obstacles. It's all in the plan of attack, I trusted the plan was correct and by sticking to it the risk is at its minimal. I feel ready to start work in this field and only get better with time as I practice these principals. I recommend this course to anyone who wants a challenge and wants to better their skills.

Russ was a great trainer, you could tell he was very knowledgeable. He used past experiences as a pilot and demonstrations with models to help the knowledge stick. He was very encouraging with both the theoretical and the practical side.Everyone at GDS was super lovely and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

My wife and I hosted our wedding at Maitraya Estate and stayed at the main house for five nights, all in which we thoroughly enjoyed.Michael and Mandy were exceptionally accommodating and easy to deal with.We had a large marquee setup on the side of the main house, generators, toilets, catering and flower deliveries with Michael being heavily involved with coordinating.It was such a great property and would highly recommend it to anybody. The views go unrivalled. They are just spectacular!The grounds are well maintained with plenty to do either lakeside or oceanside. Plenty of balls, bikes, rods, pool toys and alike for kids also.The sauna, spa and pool were great.A large fridge for events was very helpful and I especially liked the fact it had a secluded wing with its own verandah, kitchen, laundry, family room and bathroom.The fully equipped theatre room with foxtel was also a winner.A great time.

I reached out to Drones for Hire" as I needed a drone operator for an upcoming event. Within the hour I was put in touch with several eager operators who had responded to the call out. Would highly recommend for those looking for drone footage and are in a hurry."

Excellent training environment. Friendly instructors with a wide variety of experience, from scenic flights and charters through to airlines. A great way to learn real practical skills relevant to the industry and in useful aircraft such as the C210 and Baron, beyond what is needed to simply pass a flight test.

F50 sim is fine.

I have been very impressed with this company from the moment I contacted them about some advanced training all the way through to the completion of the training.As a professional pilot who has dealt with many operators over the years Bunbury Flying School really seem to have things figured out.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and keen to find solutions. The facilities are well above standard (expect a tidy and well appointed school conducive to study, not an executive FBO). The long term CPL students I spoke to explained the syllabus and the rough finance plan utilised and I was very impressed that the company seemed to get it all right. The instructor I worked with was passionate, personable, knowledgeable and second to none.I cannot vouch for the aircraft, the ground school, the accommodationl nor the maintenance work as I did not experience these aspects of the business but I suspect that the same attention to detail has been employed in the areas.Well done, BFS!

The course content was great (lots of information for 5 days) Course information will assist you in whatever pathways in the aviation industry (drones) you take. Very professional and helpful staff.Highly recommended to anyone with drone interests at any level

Aviator cottage is the wors of the three houses that Maitraya offers, very disappointed, dirty, not luxurious at all, the bathroom is tiny, no bath and dishwasher, rats, cobwebs. Terrible.
